Form No. 126 Prescribed by Secretary of State (09-17) Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G) NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution/Ordinance of the Village Of Ashley, Ohio, passed on the 5th day of August, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Village Of Ashley at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of: Shall the Village of Ashley have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the Village of Ashley, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
